home or location within 5 miles of my studio.
Let me put my experience in teaching guitar into helping you reach your goals.
I am here to help you.
I include lesson materials that I write as part of the lessons, and there is no extra
charges for these files. All lessons are one-on-one and are 100% focused on your
needs with no distractions.
My emphasis is on working with backing tracks for everything that I teach.
Students will be able to play with a band, jam with friends, or play songs by
themselves with confidence.
Once we have established a firm base of knowledge that we can build on,
I encourage students to start to learn songs from some of the artists that they like.
With Guitar Pro, I can quickly find tabs for whatever song or artist that you would
like to study. Go to page
Materials and software used
One of the main programs I use in guitar lessons is Guitar Pro, many of my printed lessons are
generated from this software. I also use its to write some of the backing tracks for use
I can bring up song tabs from the internet that use Guitar Pro.In lessons I can also
Use it to slow and repeat parts to ,make learning the material easier.
Other Programs I use in lessons are "The Amazing Slow Downer" which I use to slow down
Wav and Mp3 files, Cubase which I use for multitrack recording, and Neck Diagrams which
I use for chord and scale charts.
I may also suggest additional books for lessons. These books are at the students expense.
